COFFEE!!!

You’re probably slurping down your sugar infused beverage as you read this… Are you now thinking to yourself, “no I just put creamer in there so EFF YOU GiGi for trying to make me feel guilty about my drink”… Well guess what? There is sugar in cream too!

Regular Soda Better Watch Itself! GiGi Eats Spin-Off

Alright, be honest… who chugged about a liter (that’s 400-500 calories people), if not more, of regular soda yesterday. You just couldn’t resist those root beer, cola or lemon-lime fizzy beverages trickling down your throat.

Unfortunately… soda has been linked to:

  • Pancreatic Cancer
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney Decline
  • Miscarriage
  • Gout in Men

… Really the list could continue but you get the picture. Regular soda is not a healthy habit.

Pilates is actually a body conditioning exercise that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

Almost every celebrity is taking part in this odd form of exercise these days, and it’s making each one hotter than black leather seats sitting in the sun for eight hours.

I mean, check out the gams on Giselle up there! And Megan certainly doesn’t need a washer in her house because she can do laundry on her wash-board stomach.

What is Pilates trick?

Well there are multiple which include mermaids, saws, roll-ups, jack knives and cork screws.

Sounds like an underwater torture chamber.

Pain is gain, right? Luckily these Pilates moves and poses are not as bad as they sound! Honestly, if you want to look at hot as Julia Roberts, Sharon Stone, Uma Thurman, Danny Glover (LMFAO – he is a stud muffin), Liz Hurley, Gwyneth Paltrow (to name a few), then it’s time you jumped on that mermaid’s back and did some cork screws!

Honestly though, the point I am trying to make, other than the fact that dancing causes you to splurge on some interesting outfits, is that taking up the fine art of dance enhances your endurance, strength, flexibility and sense of well being (obviously it tightens up… “loose ends” too). Or in other words, it is a fun heart-pumping exercise definitely worth trying.

Pop any one of these dance videos in your DVD player if you’re not quite ready to sport that tu-tu in public…
